This Policy applies to the website matrixofdestinytarot.com and to the mobile app “Matrix of Destiny & Tarot”. Some data practices differ between the website and the app — this is noted below where relevant.

1. What data we collect

Website (calculator). The birth date you enter to calculate the Destiny Matrix on the website is processed entirely in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

Mobile app (with an account). When you sign in, we store on our servers your name, email address, birth date and the content you create: saved destiny matrices, compatibility calculations, tarot spreads, history and gamification progress (level, streak, achievements). This data is linked to your account.

2. Why we store this data

Server-side storage exists so that you can sign in on any device and restore all of your data (matrices, compatibility, spreads, history, progress) after reinstalling or switching phones. AI chats are stored only locally on your device and are not stored on the server.

3. Account & authentication

Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication: Google Sign-In or email and password. We receive your user identifier and email to operate the account. Passwords are handled by Firebase — we never see or store them.

4. Third-party services

The app uses the following processor services: Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications), RevenueCat (subscription management), Anthropic Claude (AI response generation), Google Sign-In. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS/TLS). Access to server-side data requires a verified token from your account.

6. Cookies & analytics

On the website we use cookies and Google Analytics to collect anonymous visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Data deletion

In the app you can delete individual records (matrices, spreads, history) or fully delete your account together with all associated server-side data. An account-deletion request is also available at: matrixofdestinytarot.com/delete-account.
